In celebration of International Men’s Day on 19th November 2020, I have curated a special shout out to the RESILINCEPOD Male Allies.
Male Allies are business leaders who leverage their collective influence and personal engagement to advance gender equality.
Note: This is in no way a disservice to the many other men who have helped me in my career. Not at all. And, I am not going to go into an ''Oscar'' style speech right now, so stay with me.
Why a shout out?
Whilst they probably didn't do this knowingly, (see above definition), these men have not only just supported the resilience pod before it got popular, but;
✅believed and trusted in my vision;
✅came to my house and took time out to record videos;
✅ planned /prepared and recorded the podcasts; and,
✅promoted it.
I wouldn't have been able to continue to execute my topic ideas to help you all become resilient without them. It doesn't just end there, they continue to support the pod and me, and have opened my world up to many opportunities, insights and learnings. For that I am grateful.
